This hotel offers a great value and convenient location for travelers with a car. the spacious traditional Japanese style rooms are clean and up to standard. the separated shower, toilet, and sink make for a comfortable stay. the indoor and outdoor onsen complete the relaxing experience. the proactive staff ensures excellent service. Plus, the bus stop nearby makes exploring the surrounding area easy.

The onsen is located near the hotel bar and the banquet area, which detracts from the serene experience with cigarette smoke wafting through the air.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, with a traditional Japanese style that made me feel like I was really getting the full cultural experience. On top of that, the hotel had both indoor and outdoor onsens, which were a real treat. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly proactive and helpful with my needs throughout my stay. Plus, this hotel is conveniently close to a bus stop, making transportation around this city a breeze.

Room and staff were decent. Shower was good and heated seats in the bathroom were nice. The hotel has a good location near a bus station and the city centre is a short walk away.

The onsen smells terrible and it's not relaxing at all. The smoke smell from adjoining areas ruins the whole onsen experience.

The traditional Japanese style room was very spacious and clean. the proactive staff added to the enjoyment of my Easter break. I also appreciated the convenience of being close to a bus stop and the indoor and outdoor onsen were a nice bonus!

The location of the onsen next to the hotel bar and banquet area meant that the smell of cigarette smoke detracted from the relaxation feeling. It was a real downside to an otherwise enjoyable experience.
